The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

My name is Sam Rowe, I have served with the Princess Of Wales’s Royal Regiment since 2010. I myself have been a serious sufferer of mental health and in 2016 I left the armed forces to go travelling to try and help myself. Luckily for me that saved me but for many others the struggle of leaving the armed forces and what of themselves they have left behind and sacrificed is to much to bare. Suicide amongst veterans is at an unacceptable rate these people gave there freedom for our country the least we can do is give veterans a chance at a good life after they’ve protected us. I joined the army back in 2019 and it is my mission to make sure mental health in the army is more talked about and better maintained!

Combat stress is an amazing charity and the leading charity in mental health issues for veterans for 100 years! Your money can help one of our heroes at a chance at a happy life!
