In memory of my mother-in-law, Sheila Richards, I'm taking part in Ride for Ryder to support Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice. 

Sue Ryder provided amazing care, support and comfort to Sheila and the family during the most difficult of times and continues to, for so many people in need.

Last year I tackled the 80-mile route with very little training and as a family, we raised over £5k for Sue Ryder. Something all of us, including Sheila were incredibly humbled and amazed by. 

This year I'm going for the 100-miler (with a bit more training this time) and a more modest fundraising target of £500.

£21 could fund an hour of care and £145 could pay for a hospice nurse for a day, ensuring local families get the support they need.
