I am running the Great South Run on Sunday 16th October for Hydromuscles. 

Hydromuscles is a new charity founded in 2022 by Andy Barwell, where every penny raised really does go far in making a huge difference to peoples lives. 

Hydromuscles is located in the heart of the South of England, they are a charitable foundation dedicated to helping those with rare muscle conditions. 

Their mission is clear and simple...to help make hydrotherapy accessible to those with Limb Girdle Type 2a Muscular Dystrophy. They strive to improve the lives of everyone who needs help within this community. 

Hydrotherapy is crucial (...but very expensive) in helping maintain and slow the progression of the Muscular Dystrophy. Unfortunately for various reasons not everyone has access to hydrotherapy and as a result miss out on the benefits...Hydromuscles are supporting those in need.   

So any donations towards this great charity are very much appreciated by all.
