Over the last year we have missed out on so many opportunities, we wanted to do something meaningful and challenging so have decided to do a mother daughter abseil to raise money for Maggie's place cancer centre at the Freeman Hospital Newcastle. 

Too many families including our own bravely battle against cancer and any money we can raise will go towards supporting this fantastic service. When Zoe was a baby in hospital at the RVI, a heart specialist from the Freeman hauled a huge piece of scanning equipment across Newcastle in a suitcase to come and see Zoe as she was too sick to travel. We received fantastic care from the staff there and know what amazing work they do for patients and their families across all departments. Maggie's provide amazing support and care for patients and their families and we are proudly raising money for them.

This is a first for Zoe and she is going to be really brave and face her fears, any donations no matter how small will be gratefully received.
