This October I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to fundraise for Refugee Action. They've been standing up for refugees since 1981, and their vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in the UK. They deliver frontline services for refugees and campaign for their rights. 

In the year where we've seen the government's anti-refugee bill, the devastating crises in Afghanistan and Ukraine, and continuing efforts to remove refugees to Rwanda, we need action. The work that Refugee Action does is vital for that.
