As many of you will know I (Sam) recently ran the Dance 4 Margot event in aid of Team Margot & Delete Blood Cancer UK. We raised a lot of money and swabbed 23 people as potential donors! Soph & I want to carry on this fundraising by running the 5k Zombie Evacuation Race in Allianz Park on the 1st November.

All who know us will know this is going to be a BIG challenge for us both! The race is not your average 5k run. We will be running, climbing, falling, tripping and generally trying to escape from a hoard of zombies who will be trying to 'infect' us for the whole 5k! We are both up for the challenge and hope you will support us!
