I completed my first triathlon in July this year after 5 weeks training.  I had a very challenging swim but I still caught the triathlon bug.  My next race is on 15th September and I aim to improve my times and come out of the water smiling this time!  Just knowing I am helping the WSPA protect animals from cruelty will inspire and drive me to power through the dreaded swim.
