I have decided to challenge myself and run the London Marathon 2011.  I will be running for Refuge which is an amazing charity that helps women who suffer the effects of domestic violence. 

I have stared my training and so far I am loving it. 

It's a very high target I need to acheive but it's so worthwhile. So please donate whatever you can to help me acheive this crazy challenge!! .
