Pregnancy is a time of great expectation, families looking forward to the new arrival with great joy.  Sometimes things do not ho to place and this can mean babies born with life threatening illnesses, life challenging illnesses or the pregnancy can end in loss.

I have experienced this to some degree and feel strongly that i would like to help Genesis in their quest to help women's health and that of their babies during pregnancy.

The reason i am doing this is for similar reasons to my mum, To see both my sister and dear friend go through such heartbreak was terrible and for me to do these rides and to help to raise as much as i can is for other families and all future mothers.

This is my third cycle challenge for Genesis, I have  embarked on a 220 mile cycle across Cuba and most recently riding Argentina to Chile.  Meeting all the other amazing ladies and hearing their heartbreaking stories has given me the drive to give more to the charity that does such amazing things.
