I am raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care in memory of my lovely Nan, Margaret Jenkins (Peggy).

Marie Curie Cancer Care enabled my Nan to have her wish to remain at home until the end of her life, with her family all around her.  The amazing nurses gave Nan the care she needed, and the support the family needed. 

Therefore, I would like to give something back to Marie Curie and raise money to say thank you, and to help enable other families to say goodbye in a peaceful and dignified manner to their loved one, just like we were able to do.

It's my birthday on the 21st June, so to coincide with Marie Curie's current campaign, 'Blooming Great Tea party' during the 20th - 29th June, I will be holding a birthday tea Party. I don't need any gifts for my birthday so instead would like to ask for donations. 

The event will be an afternoon of family fun on Sunday 29th June at the Park Cons Club, City Road, Cardiff, 1- 5pm.  This will be a ticketed event with entertainment. Children welcome. More details are to follow.  Look on Facebook for details or contact me on 07531 743779.
