The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UK's charities. Join us in any way you can to help raise funds for Red Balloon to support bullied and traumatised children through this crisis.

Story

Increasing numbers of children are missing from school because of bullying or some other trauma in their lives. They are in a dark place; many have been missing school for months, if not years. With Red Balloon they get the support they need to resume their learning, improve their mental well-being and re-engage with their peers and the communities around them. They stop being voice-less teenagers stuck in their bedrooms, and start to find their place in the adult world.

The 2.6 Challenge sounds fun, we thought. But how can we support Red Balloon when we're in lockdown and we've had little time to prepare?  Well PE with Joe Wicks has been shaping my day since the restrictions began and the 'lessons' unfailingly help kick-start my day with a boost.  So what better way to get involved in the 2.6 Challenge than doing 2.6 hours of PE with Joe in just one day?

I'm delighted that my daughter is joining me.  We're going to have a laugh, get very tired, my knees will creak, but we'll have fun - all in a good cause.

Please will you donate today and help traumatised and bullied young people get their education and their lives back on track, despite the lockdown?  Thank you so much.
