This April I will be running the London Marathon for Breast Cancer Care.

As some of you may know, my Mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and with the support of the amazing doctors and nurses, she fought it and has been given the all clear.

Sadly, more and more of us know somebody who is fighting cancer. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women in the UK. Over 50,000 women are diagnosed each year in the UK. With better awareness, screening and treatments more women than ever are surviving breast cancer. These stats, along with my Mum and her positivity and fight has inspired me to give something back to other women who are going through this battle.

So please, donate where you can as I embark on the 26.2 miles (and weeks of no drinking) as it is all for an amazing cause.
