Here it is: My YEAR-LONG Charity Challenge for 2014!

This year I will really be pushing my boundaries by doing something SO far out of my comfort zone, it's not even funny. I have pledged to learn TAE KWON DO for the whole of 2014, training twice a week with Cardiff Martial Arts around my exisitng work commitments, taking at least 2 grading exams and at least one competition. (!!!)

In addition to all this, I have pledged to raise at least £500 forthe Touch Trust, who provide creative movement programmes for individuals with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), complex needs and other vulnerable groups in the community.

Those of you who know me personally will understand what a challenge this is for me. I'm used to being up on stage and doing what I'm good at, but this is a brand new experience. It hurts and is REALLY HARD WORK!
