From 1-11th October I will be taking on the mighty Marathon des Sables. For those who don't know what it is, it involves completing 6 marathons in 6 days in the blistering heat of the Saharan desert carrying everything I need with me, including food, bedding, medical stuff and hopefully a camera to record the experience! I am excited and scared in equal measure - I have done some crazy things but this is by far the most crazy and with patchy training it will be a case of mind prevailing over legs... To complete this I will need all the encouragement I can get and by sponsoring me I know you'll be willing me on. 

Richmond Aid is an amazing charity that provides low cost counselling for people who really need it (and loads of other good stuff too!) They do great work and I am am proud to be a part of it. Please help me and help them and we will all be very grateful and happy!
