On the 17th June, myself and a wonderful group of ladies are taking on the Multi-Peak trek to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research for the men in our lives!

With Team PCR we’re taking on 5 summits: Moel Elio, Foel Gron, Foel Goch and Moel Cynghorion, before the grand finale of Yr Wyddfa, Snowdon itself. Total distance 21.6km, total ascent 1608m, expected duration 10 hours
