I am running this half marathon on behalf of the Battersea Dogs and Cats home to contribute to the raising of funds for the caring and rehoming of animals. The Battersea Dogs and Cats home work tirelessly towards the caring and rehoming of every animal that arrives there. In 2014 the Battersea Dogs and Cats home cared for over 8000 animals and through this fundraising we can help to increase that number this year. The Battersea Dogs and Cats home receive no government funding therefore rely on the public's love and compassion for animals to help them towards their goals and caring for the animals.

Thankyou for supporting me and through this fundraising we will help be able to an animal charity that has been present for over 150 years to continue to provide a wonderful service to dogs and cats across the country.
