On 19 September, I am running the run part of The Royal Marines Iron Challenge 'Iron 2 Steel Iron Man'. The run is a 'mountain' marathon (just going to highlight that!) 26 miles of pure fun! ;)

It is my first ever marathon so I thought I would go in strong. Whilst I am aware that I am only a 3rd of the iron man, it's still something of a challenge for me and I would love to be able to contribute to the fundraising pot for the RMA. 

As you know, I spend a lot of time with the Marines. Mainly former ones granted but Marines all the same. The admiration and respect I have for them is off the scale. I know I am biased but they are some of the strongest, most respectful and determined individuals that I know and I am very lucky to have learnt from them. 

The Royal Marines Charity (RMA) exists to help the entire Royal Marines family. Offering a range of services to both serving, veterans and their families.
