We at Madina Institute, Planet Mercy and Tiny Teachings are delighted to inform you of the successful acquisition and planning permission approval of our center, located in Clarksfield, Oldham.
After years of serving the community through various educational and community support initiatives, often utilising inadequate facilities, we are finally in a position to bring all of our services under one roof, allowing us to better leverage our capabilities and serve the community’s needs in a more comprehensive and complete manner.
The facility will serve as a hub for the community, containing a prayer room, youth zone and space for events and classes.
The offerings will be an amalgamation of ALL of our projects, delivering key services such as:

- Food Bank Service.

- Food Kitchen for the Homeless, Poor, Needy and Destitute.

- Parenting Workshops.

- Youth Mentoring Initiatives.

- Homework Clubs.

- Interactive learning workshops for children.

- After school Quran Club.

- Residential and Spiritual Retreats.

- Back to Basics initiatives in Education.

- Congregational Prayer.

- Jummah with Khutbah in English.

- Accredited Islamic Courses.

- Centre for Non-Violence and Peace Studies.

- Interfaith Forums.

- Tea and Coffee Mornings.



The facility will be accessible to all members of the community and will act as a base for people to flourish and fulfil their potential in a loving and compassionate environment as well as a safe haven for our youth and a shelter of support for the poor and needy.

As many of you know, our Projects have been running nationally for well over a decade and we have seen overwhelming generosity from the community and beyond since our inception. It is this generosity which has allowed us to flourish and actually make a positive difference to people from all segments of the community. We hope you will continue to show us your support.
