It was a bit of a last minute decision, but this morning I signed up for the biggest abseil of my life in support of the great cleft lip charity Clapa.

Cleft lip and cleft pallet is a birth defect which can cause major problems later in life if not dealt with, but wiki treatment the problems can usually be completly or partially alleviated !

Clapa makes it possible, and supports those born with cleft lip and their families.

They also organised this amazing morning activity so definitly deserve your support 😁
