I've been running Gig Buddies for 10 years now! In those 10 years it's my absolutle privilage to see to many relationships start and grow, and of course to get out to so many cool gigs with so many cool people. I'd really love to do it for another 10 years.

If you don't know... Gig Buddies with Thera Trust enables adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults to live active social lives, develop their social networks, and get out to more gigs. We are a community of event lovers across Scotland, connecting people with others who share the same interests, and with events happening in their local area. We also work closely with venues across Scotland to ensure they are confident in welcoming neurovivergent people to their events. In 2024 we won the Edinburgh Festical award for Accessbility.

This year a group of us are also walking in memory of our friend Kirsty who I have many wonderful memories of some very late night gigs with.
