From my blurred classroom memory from 2012 and a little help from Google, I recalled this heartwarming quote from Mother Teresa, "It's not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving"

I am a student and a recreational athlete, I have only ran a couple of 5 and 10k in my life, let alone marathons or ultra-marathons. Recently, I decided to participate in an endurance running event and test myself, as I have always shied away from it, thinking it will hinder with my muscular strength goals :). 

My mother always tells me that when we are truly aligned with our life's purpose and meaning, opportunities start to uncover themselves. I came across Endure24, and the opportunity to fundraise for supporting Alzheimer's research. It brought back all the memories from the past 3 years that I devoted in research projects on the effect of physical exercise for MCI and pre-dementia patients. 

From coaching athletes, kids with and without disabilities and MCI patients, there is a unique sense of fulfillment that I always experience, and I am at this position again to contribute, along with the significant help from 'you' all.

I have set myself for accomplishing the 100 mile mark in Endure24, and inspire as many people as I can through this platform!
