This year has taken a toll on ambulance staff and their mental health. I want to raise money for The Ambulance Staff Charity for those members of staff who feel that they are struggling. We spend so much of our time caring for others and it's time to put more emphasis on looking after ourselves and our colleagues. 

Over the past year I have kept my mental health in check by swimming (which I'm neither great at or love) and I am giving myself 6 months to swim a length for every member of staff in SECAmb, my colleageus.....that 4,728! In other words 70,900 metres/71km!
