Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Sam's JustGiving page.

Sam is 7 years old and he wants to help armed forces personnel and veterans who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In his words he wants to raise money "so that people who have been injured and have bad things in their mind can get better".

Sam is undertaking his SAS (Seek And Snap) Challenge where he has to find as many different military vehicles, aircraft, boats etc, either past or present use, as possible during the month of July. His target is 250 and weekends will be spent scouring the countryside to find examples. If you sponsored Sam a penny per vehicle it isn't going to cost fortunes, but every penny can help make a difference to the work The Bridge For Heroes does.

Sam has previously completed a Triathlon of a 50 Metre Swim, 5 Mile Bike Ride and 2 Mile Run which he did on Easter Monday.

He has also created a RAF museum in his bedroom, which has grown so much that we have had to give up the living room and convert it into Sam's room//museum. For his efforts Sam's Museum has been awarded as a Learning Destination status by the Children's University. Entry into the museum is free of charge but if you are kind enough to make a donation that money also goes to The Bridge For Heroes.
