Cosmic Dragon Boat Regatta 2023 · 27 July 2023 ·

Cosmic supports children’s and neonatal intensive care at St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s Hospitals by funding life-saving equipment, ground-breaking research, specialist training, and providing vital support and accommodation for families during the toughest times.

Story

JPC are a family-first business. We began as a family cleaning company and now in 2023, we are a wide network of diverse professionals all with compassion at the centre of our mission.

We are raising awareness and money for Cosmic because since
2022, more than 1,000 sick or premature babies referred to neonatal units were rejected due to a lack of beds. We understand it is not the hospital’s fault, nor the family’s fault. We recognise one core goal: to do more for our infant community in West London.

Babies and children are some of the most marginalised
members of our community because they cannot speak or express when things are not right. This means that it’s a quick downward turn and the need for intensive care, emergency care and correct medical attention can be a rapid matter of life or death.

When your child is unwell, the world stops until they are
better again. The sun does not shine until your child shines again. This can be difficult for long-term paediatric patients. For many families in London, Cosmic provides the support that makes their world a little better.

Our partnership with Merchant Square is one built with
adoration and development from within our own JPC family. Head of Operations, Sylwia De Sousa began her management journey on this site as a Contract Manager. Sylwia and our Operational Team’s connection with Merchant Square runs on synergy to be good, do good and share goodness however we can. Our company will be taking part in the Dragon Boat Race Regatta to raise funds for St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte Hospital. The money we raise will fight for infants and babies who need it most.

We ask you to donate compassionately to our cause. If you
are not in a position to donate, please share with your friends, family,
colleagues, and WhatsApp contacts in case your community can donate. Sharing with just 5 people increases our chances of supporting children across the summer holidays.

We hope to see your positive comments and support in the donation feed!
