My dear friends Amy and George lost their baby daughter Poppy in March, shortly after her due date and before she was born.

The amazing charity Petals has been a great support to them and other parents who have lost a baby.

To raise funds for Petals, a group of us will be running in a Virtual 10k on 18 July - we'd really appreciate your donations to support this fantastic charity and cause.

About Petals:

For parents who lose a baby, the grief and trauma completely takes over their life and many struggle to move on from their experience. At Petals we have a team of highly trained, compassionate counsellors who support parents at their lowest. We sit, listen and guide parents through the processing of their emotions and trauma. Reassuring them and getting them to a place where they can begin to recover and find hope for the future. That's what drives us to work hard and support as many parents as we can. Every counselling session costs £70 and thanks to our supporters we are able to raise money and help more parents now.
