Last September, very unexpectedly we lost the nicest man you'll ever meet - My dad, John Coleman.

Dad's left a massive hole in all our lives and in dads honour, a group of family and friends wanted to do something in his memory and to raise money for the brilliant charity British Heart Foundation. 

Many of you have already sponsored 'Team JC' on our first challenge - the London to Brighton cycle which we cant thank you enough for. 

For all those people that maybe didn't get round to sponsoring us first time around now's your chance to help us raise even more money for BHF by sponsoring now!
