On Sunday, October 13th, we will be running the Chicago Marathon in support of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. This is an important charity completing lots of excellent work - with our support, they can work towards eliminating HIV/AIDS! 

In preparation for the marathon, we will be doing a lot of training which will take over our lives - and in support, we ask if you are able to donate some money to this excellent charity. 

In March, Sam will be completing 3 x 5km swims in 3 nights, for which he's raising money for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago too.
