Budget cuts continue putting essential HIV services at risk. I am  running alongside many others at the 2019 RED RUN to strengthen the UK's response to HIV.

Although HIV is no longer a death sentence here in the UK we are still loosing to many people to HIV and AIDs. 

I run or exercise most days so I am taking one of those days and using it raise awareness and raise funds, all I ask is for you to just dip in to pockets wallets or clutch bags (thats for the boys) and give what ever you can.
