London Marathon 2024 · 21 April 2024 ·
Hello everyone,
I am utterly thrilled to announce that I will be running the London Marathon 2024 in April, and I'm not just doing it for the challenge – I'm running for a cause very close to both me and my family, Leukaemia Care UK. I appreciate times are hard with Christmas just around the corner but any and all donations are immensely appreciated (please remember to select gift aid), thank you in advance.
As mentioned previously, this is a charity very close to both mine and my family's hearts. My cousin Jake was diagnosed with Leukaemia at a very young age and from that point Leukaemia Care UK worked around the clock to get Jake fitter and healthier every single day. Without their work Jake would not have recovered and events may had been very different. I'm running the London Marathon 2024 to do my bit to help this amazing charity and help them to continue to do their unbelievable work helping families affected.
Leukaemia Care is a national charity dedicated to ensuring that anyone affected by blood cancer receives the right information, advice and support. Around 34,000 people are affected by blood cancer each year in the UK and we're here to support them through their diagnosis, treatment and beyond. From supporting patients and their families to funding vital research, they are at the forefront of the battle against this disease.
Thanks again, Sam.
