Hi all

After the inspiring and emotional fund raising event that was organised by Sam's sister Niki last year. I made a new years resolution to get fitter & give something back for charity.

I have chose to raise funds for the charity Sam supported to in a way to say thank you for the talking to you gave me all them years ago. I can honestly say very few people have given me that sort of talking to. This is why it sticks out in my mind as was one of those sliding doors moments where my life would of went one way or another, and if id not taken your advice, my life would be most likely not be what it is today.

It meant a lot to me bud.
