Hi Everyone!! 

I'm riding 30 miles this coming weekend in Norfolk to support the Frank Haines Memorial Trust.The FHMT was set up in memory of Frank who died running the Connemarathon in Ireland on 26th March 2006. Frank lived in Tower Hamlets. The trust supports 3 brilliant charities working with young people in the borough.

Please support me!  I'm going to beat my parents who will be MUCH slower than me!
