In January this year I had to say goodbye to my Auntie Claire because of Cancer. It makes me sad that she is not with us anymore especially for Yasmine and Ethan. I share with you the poem that I wrote:

A Poem for Auntie Claire

We love Auntie Claire lots and lots like jelly tots

she loves us all too 

we love Auntie Claire lots and lots like jelly tots 

she loves us as much as I can say 

We wish Auntie Claire was still here with all of us 

and had a better time 

like we had before 

like time went on 

It has been such fun with Auntie Claire 

We all wish she was back with us today 

So we thank god for Auntie Claire 

And for all that she has done for Yasmine and Ethan 

We can all see how hard it has been for Auntie Claire 

And we all loved her so much

This is my first race for life and I will continue to run them in memory of Auntie Claire and to hopefully help find a cure for Cancer.
