This year my world has been turned upside down as my beloved baby sister was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in March.It has been hard to watch her and her family suffer as they struggle with the devastating consequences.

I want to try and help to raise some funds to help and support families as they battle MND.Those who know me know how i love to chat and one of the effects of MND is that more than 80% of sufferers will have difficulty speaking and have to find other ways to communicate .

My sister is a wonderful sister,wife,mother and grandmother and she's my hero.
