On 23rd April I will be taking part in a white collar boxing match at the Preston Guild Hall to raise money in the fight against cancer.

Why...? I know so many people that have been affected by cancer. Some have won, some have lost and some are fighting as I type.

What better way to help raise money to fund cancer research than to take on a fight of my own.... So I have just signed up for a gruelling 8 weeks of training (which started last night!) to help prep me for my fighting debut.

This will be the biggest UWCB event Preston has ever seen and the first time ever it will have been held at the Guild Hall.
