As many of you already know, Sam loved her role as an Advanced First Responder in the Hawkesbury Division of St John Ambulance in NSW.

As we're still batting with the worst time of our lives, we thought it might help to join in this August Challenge in Sam's memory. Getting out and about on my own is a real issue right now, creating a lot of anxiety - we thought doing something that meant so much to Sam, that will ultimately help others, might also help us. My beautiful, ever-supportive Jen will be doing this alongside me and keeping me going, as she always does - we're aiming to get moving more and hope to getphysically and mentally fitter 💛💜
