On the 6th June 2010 to launch Sands Awareness Month friends and family of Cardiff Sands will be taking part in an Abseil.  When you sponsor someone,  PLEASE state who you are sponsoring when you leave a message, as there is a minimum about of sponsorship needed per person to take part.

Some of these people are scared of heights and really are taking the plunge, so please dig deep.
