Our RNLI lifeboats in Ireland protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from.

Story

The Sandycove Island Swim Club are running a donation campaign for the Kinsale RNLI.  This week we donated an initial €500 with the hope together we can reach a target of €3,000 by the end of March.   We would invite you to contribute on the Kinsale RNLI “Just Giving” website.  All of these funds go DIRECTLY to Kinsale RNLI.

Kinsale RNLI are the ONLY ones who can respond to a water based emergency on and around the Island - please help fund this essential safety cover.

When the “Just Giving” reaches €1,000 – the Sandycove Island Swim Club will donate another €500 and another €500 when it hits €1,500.  Together we can hit the €3,000 target....by the end of March.

RNLI lifeboats in Ireland protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. We rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from. Ireland's unrivalled coasts and inland waters are valued by local communities and visitors alike, with millions travelling to enjoy them, and work on them each year. But the water remains an unpredictable environment that can catch people out. People will always need our help and we will always be there to answer that call.
