The next few weeks (and possibly months) will be a particularly difficult time for anyone and their families including us, the young adults with Learning Disabilities. We live in a supported living house in Guildford and like everyone else we are advised to self-isolate or socially distance ourselves from our friends and family during the COVID 19 pandemic. Our normal structure and routines have been disrupted leaving us feeling frustrated, anxious and bored. This has really impacted so many peoples mental well being as well as us.
