On Sunday 6th December we will be running (lots), jogging (a bit), walking (a tiny bit to catch our breath), and staggering (perhaps but hopefully not) around Marlow for the 2009 Santa's Fun Run.

This is a big challenge as is the first time any of us have entered a run. On top of this we will be dressed up as Santa in full costume and beard!!

The money we raise will go 50% to Youth in Marlow, the official charity for the fun run, and 50% to Bliss, the charity very close to our hearts for babies born too soon, too small and too sick. We are thrilled Olivia and Freya have had such a brilliant year celebrating their 2nd birthday and being discharged from hospital. We want to give something back to the special care baby charity, that provides vital support and care to premature and sick babies across the UK. Bliss was founded 30 years ago, and offers guidance and information at a critical time in families' lives. They also fund ground-breaking research and campaign for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born. 

We are three of the 1,000 Santas taking part. We really apppreciate your donation and your support particularly if you are in Higginson Park at 10am cheering us on or giving us a motivational wave on route - it will be quite a sight to be seen.
