Fundraising for Motor Neurone Disease Association
Story
Don your Santa Costume and run, walk or stagger along Worthing promenade in our annual Santas on the Seafront!

There will be some medals awarded on the day for the quikriest outfit. There will be free santa hats for kids too, numbers permitting.
LOCAL SUPPORT:
Many bars and venues along seafront and the town centre are offering discounts or other specials for anyone dressed up in a Santa outfit from 3pm onwards! See the list below.
INFORMATION:
No registration necessary. Just turn up. We'll meet at Splash Pad area between the Splashpoint Leisure Centre & Coast Café at 1.50pm, then we will all meander down to the start at 2pm.
The 5K dash is family friendly and suitable for any age or ability as it is along a smooth, flat surface. It will go past the Pier and Lido to West Worthing, before turning round and finishing outside Splashpoint Leisure Centre.
Dogs are welcome, but please keep them controlled on a short leash or harness.
If you are feeling energetic, you can head up-and-down the pier on the way back... or for the totally crazy among you – even jump in the sea!!
Please bear in mind to be aware of your social space.

FUNDRAISING:
All fundraising is done on behalf of the West Sussex South branch of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, to raise vital funds to support families living with motor neurone disease in the southern part of West Sussex.
One in 300 people in the UK will develop MND.
Motor neurone disease is a rapidly progressing and fatal disease that
attacks the nerves so muscles no longer work.
There is no cure for MND.
