At the recent Mercy Mission Sister's Conference, I pledged to donate £10,000 to the much needed work that Mercy Mission currently funds, and I need your help to do so.

 

Let me tell you a story, I want you to imagine. You are a person of deen, you know Allah, but you have no idea what you will do, you are scared and afraid, you are a Muslim in a hostile place, your life is at threat, you pray where you cannot be seen and you have nowhere to go, you believe in Allah but you try and hide it!

Now imagine… 

 

You are a Muslim in a hostile place… in your own home 

Your life is at threat… by your own family 

You pray where you cannot be seen… in the toilets 

 

You have nowhere to go…except the streets 

 

You believe in Allah but you try and hide it…. 

 

The Cause

The project is to establish a women’s refuge in Birmingham InshaAllah, with the aim to set up more around the country.

 

In total we are trying to raise the initial £200,000 to initiate the first phase of the project.
