Jacob and myself are taking part in this walk, to raise money and awareness on World Prematurity Day. As most of you know, Jacob was born 17 weeks premature and spent 5 months in Bradfords Neonate Unit. Bliss do fantastic work with supporting the families of babies born too sick or too soon.
