Hi, I'm Sara and I haven't been much of a long distance runner in my life so far, but inspired by the incredible work my supporters do in the region, I've decided to join them and take on the challenge and run a half-marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK. 

Yep, that's 21km of continuous running and, if you know me at all, like my mother you're probably about to call an ambulance  "just in case". Thank you for your vote of confidence! 

But I'm training and getting ready for it, and your support is the best encouragement I could as for!
