Cholera, malnutrition and COVID-19 devastate Yemen

Seeing the devastation in Yemen, I have decided to partner with Human Appeal UK who have been on the ground in Yemen delivering aid for the last 6 years. I Invite you to join me in my campaign to support (include no of families based on £100 price handle) with emergency aid for the men, women, and children of Yemen desperate right now for a lifeline.

For six long, brutal years, deadly clashes in the war in Yemen has left tens of thousands dead and over two million people displaced. 24 million people are in desperate need of humanitarian assistance. 12 million of those are children and right now every 10 minutes a child is dying in Yemen from cholera and malnutrition.

The country has been wracked by the worst famine in a century, widespread cholera, and the most urgent humanitarian crisis in the world. To make it worse COVID-19 is sweeping through Yemen killing 1 in 5 people and half the population is predicted to contract the virus.

As international aid is cut and health care systems all but collapse, Yemen stands on the brink 

“And whoever saves one life, it is as if they had saved mankind entirely” (Al Qur’an 5:32)

Help families who are in desperate need in Yemen. Please donate now to save lives.

£100 – Provide essential treatment for malnutrition and cholera for 35 people.

£75 – Provide a family-of-seven at risk of malnutrition with a nutritious 105kg food parcel to last one month.

£70 - Provide 25 people at risk of dehydration, disease and starvation, with fresh, clean drinking water.

£80 – Provide a family of 7 with a Hygiene Kit to help protect them against the spread of COVID-19 for a month.
