Sara Allen, James Burgess, Sarah Exelby, Yaser Ghauri, Vanessa Langford, Guv Bhandol, Oliver Betts and Ryan Langford are taking part in this years West London Tough Mudder on April 27th! 

Tough Mudder is a hardcore 12 mile obstacle courses designed by Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, determination, and camaraderie. 

We all love a good challenge, and, this is one hell of a challenge!  We are all on personal journeys, and have our own goals, but this will definitely make us realise, if we put our mind to it, and by working together, we can achieve anything!  In the process of running through mud, jumping over fire, into freezing water and getting electrocuted, we hope to raise money for Oxfam too! 

Oxfam do some great work. In particular the Love Syria campaign. 

The humanitarian crisis is of staggering proportions and deteriorating daily. Violent conflict has forced over eight million people from their homes, nearly 1.5m of whom are now refugees in neighbouring countries. They include schoolchildren, students, musicians, accountants, and teachers - people from every walk of life who've lost everything. Oxfam is aiming to reach 650,000 people in the coming months, however the massive surge in refugee numbers and the scale of the crisis is leaving relief agencies overstretched and struggling to cope.
