WE ARE TEAM TRAC A small Teesside Grassroots charity making a BIg difference We are an eclectic mix of empowered individuals who have overcome advertisy and reclaimed our lives. We are visable examples of lived experience, resilience, strength , vulnerability. We aim to give hope to those still suffering. We aim to Empower, Educate and Advocate. A percentage of the donations raised will go to help fund local women's projects and programmes such as Beyond Trauma and Helping Women Recover , to help women with complex needs to overcome addictions and coexising issues such as domestic violence, mental health issues and homelessness. Please help us towards becoming self supporting rather than relying on funding, we know times are hard but just give what you can. Last year we made such a difference through our collaborations raising our profile through winning local and national awards , supporting many women through our peer to peer women only fb group, retreating into the community walks/meets and the comfortable in your own skin photography project . We saw women abstaining from drugs, alcohol , reunited with their children, become good Mum's again, build bridges with their families and going onto higher education and finding employment.
