I'm hoping to raise as much funds as I can for MND Scotland by running (or more accurately, plodding) around a half marathon in Edinburgh. My lovely friend Kaf had to endure this terrible disease and it took her life when she was in her prime. I want to do something small to try and support the research to find a prevention or cure for this very cruel disease.
