We are a Manx registered Charity (established in 1989) and help support those suffering from Parkinson's disease and their carers living on the Isle of Man. We have monthly drop-in days, can provide patients with care phones, specialist chairs & beds etc all in the hope that they can remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. We offer friendship and care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that leads to shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with walking, balance, and coordination. Parkinson's symptoms usually begin gradually and get worse over time. As the disease progresses, people may have difficulty walking and talking.

The support that Parkinson's Disease Society Isle of Man gives to sufferers and their carers is invaluable.  All the money raised stays on the Isle of Man.

Any money raised will help in making life that little bit easier for a sufferer of Parkinson's.
