Firstly, thank you for visiting my page, I'm grateful already.
Secondly, here's my reason for signing up to my first ever distance run....to say I'm scared is an understatement.
Back in April, my sister in law Julie, suddenly and without any warning had a heart attack and died. She was 61, fit well and active. The gap she has left is enormous but particularly for Robs brother David and their children Sanny Caz and Day. We all live our lives expecting to enjoy retirement and when that's cruelly cut short its hard to bear.
I've attached some photos so you can see Julie, full of love and life, at her happiest surrounded by her family.
Im asking 3 things of you:
1) please donate what you can
2) please share my page with at least 3 people, if they know you, me or Julie and they donate I'm hoping I'll achieve my target.
3) ladies in my life, heart attacks can present differently in women...please read below link with a cuppa:

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
Thank you and lots of love, Sarah xx
Ps...im living by this quote "a 12 minute mile is just as far as a 6 minute mile" xx
