Story

I will be taking on the Sunflower Stroll for St Margaret's Hospice on Sunday 11 September 2022, in memory of my husband Robert who died last August. Robert had pancreatic cancer and received his chemotherapy at St Margaret's in Yeovil. They cared for him with kindness and compassion and I wanted to give something back. Our Grand-daughter Annabel who is 7, really misses her Grandad and will be walking with me.  Every £50 raised in sponsorship could pay for a patient spending a day in our Sunflower Centre Day Hospice, meeting people in similar situations, receiving important symptom control and providing crucial respite for carers.

STOP PRESS ! Thank you everyone for your generous donations and in light of this generosity, I have decided to raise my game and have increased my fundraising target 😊
